A book about inner peace, forgiveness, reconciliation, and our journey from the personal to the shared.

3 Minutes of Peace is a journey from war to inner peace — and from the personal to the shared. Drawing on my own experience of war, exile, forgiveness, and reconciliation, the book explores a simple question: What becomes possible when peace begins within us?
The book moves through the landscapes of war and exile, but its deeper journey is toward forgiveness, reconciliation, and belonging. It asks how the peace we seek in the world might begin in the way we meet ourselves, one another, and life itself.
At its heart is a simple practice: three minutes of peace. A small pause in everyday life — a way to return, to listen, and to remember that peace is not only something we hope for. It is something we can practice.
